Hampton Medical Centre, based in Serpentine Green Centre, Hampton, Peterborough (PE7 8DR), seeks an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care both in surgery and over the phone. You will triage, assess and manage patients presenting with minor illness and long-term conditions, undertake comprehensive physical, mental and social assessments, collect specimens and perform investigations, and initiate evidence-based treatment plans including prescribing where competent. The role includes family planning and sexual health work, mental health identification and referral in line with national standards, direct referrals to consultants and other agencies, follow-up and evaluation of care, and meticulous record-keeping on SystmOne. You will work to practice protocols, contribute to QOF and chronic disease management, and share learning across a supportive nursing, pharmacy and GP team.

You must have past experience working as an ANP in a GP surgery, current NMC registration and a recognised ANP qualification (degree level or equivalent); independent prescribing qualification is desirable.
