As Clinical Administrator at Len Valley Practice (Groom Way, Lenham, Maidstone ME17 2QF) you will manage and process clinical correspondence, code diagnoses and results, and keep patient records accurate and up to date. The role is central to safe, efficient primary care: you’ll review hospital letters and test results, summarise new patient records, support recall and screening programmes, escalate safeguarding or complex cases to clinicians, and help reduce unnecessary GP workload. Good IT skills, attention to detail and a confidential, calm manner are essential; previous healthcare admin experience and knowledge of clinical coding are a real advantage.
This permanent role offers flexible full- or part-time hours within a friendly, community-focused practice rated Good by the CQC. You’ll work alongside nurses, pharmacists and paramedic practitioners, be supported with training and mentoring, and develop transferable clinical admin skills that suit carers, returners and those seeking work–life balance. If this sounds like the next step in your healthcare admin career, find the vacancy on jobsincare.com and click the “Apply Now” button shown alongside this advert.
