Work as a Care Navigator/Prescription Clerk at Haven Health, Felixstowe (IP11 2XD), where you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for patients. In this part‑time, permanent role (up to 28 hours per week; job‑share considered) you’ll manage prescription requests to protocol, handle AskmyGP and SystmOne tasks, book appointments, take telephone enquiries, collect patient information and process private payments. Training will be given where needed; the role asks for strong customer‑service experience, GCSEs in English and Maths (A–C), good IT skills and teamwork. A DBS check is required.
