Make a real, hands‑on difference supporting women with complex needs at Cygnet Maple House, a 16‑bed specialist service in the East Midlands (NG13 8PJ). This female‑only Support Worker role is 42 hours per week across a mix of days (08:00–20:00) and nights (19:30–08:30). You’ll deliver enhanced, person‑centred care — offering physical and emotional support, assisting with medical and welfare needs, safeguarding and keeping the home environment safe and clean. The post requires driving a 7‑seater transit mini‑bus, so you must be over 21 and hold a full UK driving licence for at least two years.
This permanent role suits a confident, caring woman who wants variety, responsibility and progression. Cygnet offers structured supervision, regular coaching and appraisal, training to grow your skills, flexible working with overtime opportunities, and an employee benefits package including shopping, travel and leisure discounts plus a Cycle to Work scheme. Salary is £12.60 per hour and successful applicants will need an enhanced DBS. Find this vacancy on jobsincare.com and click the Apply Now button alongside this advert to submit your application.
