This fixed‑term, part‑time Site Secretary role at Glan Clwyd Hospital (Bodelwyddan LL18 5UJ) supports the Women's Directorate for 12 months. Working to Band 3 pay (£25,313–£26,999 pro rata), you will provide dedicated secretarial and administrative cover for senior managers including the General Manager, Matrons, Lead Manager and Senior Midwives. Core duties include coordinating Directorate and North Wales meetings (room bookings, agendas and formal minutes), managing electronic diaries, preparing meeting papers and producing high‑quality documentation to tight deadlines. You'll need proven clerical experience, RSA III or equivalent typing/word‑processing skills, GCSEs or equivalent, strong communication, attention to detail and resilience; Welsh speakers are welcomed though not essential. The post requires a standard DBS check and applicants on secondment must have line‑manager permission before applying.
