An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Advanced Nurse or Paramedic to join our CQC rated 'Outstanding' Trust, within our Urgent Care Service. Based at West Berkshire Community Hospital, you will be working in a passionate integrated team operating in partnership with the Out of Hours GPs, Practitioners and other multidisciplinary teams within Berkshire Healthcare. As an Advanced Nurse or Paramedic Practitioner you will be working autonomously within both the Minor Injuries Unit and Out of Hours Service to provide advanced clinical assessment skills through telephone triage and face to face consultations to diagnose and treat patients with a variety of illness and injury presentations.
