As the Care Manager, you will be a cornerstone of our business, responsible for the day-to-day management of all operations. You will... Oversee the safe recruitment, training and development of staff, ensuring there is sufficient capacity at all times. Take responsibility for all Health and Safety aspects of the business. Produce timely management reports Promote and maintain a positive culture within the workforce. Be the registered Manager for the business About You. The successful applicant is likely to possess all or most of the qualities below; Preferably have at least 2 years experience as a Care Manager. Be able to demonstrate the skills required to achieve at least a CQC Good rating, preferably having successfully navigated a CQC inspection.
