Perform diagnostic procedures, including otoscopy, endoscopies, and biopsies, as needed. Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, including medical management and surgical referrals. Provide patient education on diagnosis, treatment options, and self-management strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including audiologists and speech therapists, to optimize patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and hospital protocols. Outpatient Network is currently seeking ENT Consultants with to join our weekend ENT services in Rotherham. The service will consist of an Audiometry assessment prior to Outpatient appointment with the ENT consultant, we expect that the service will be running for a period 3 months initially. ENT Consultant to conduct ENT outpatient clinics. Expected to be high rates of discharge utilising PIFU. Consultants would also be expected to deliver diagnostics and minor treatment where consent given on the day. "}
