Your New Role… We are looking for a Junior Executive Assistant to provide support and assistance to the CNN International Commercial (CNNIC) Executive Office, working closely with EAs to help manage their workload. This role is ideal for someone who is keen to build a solid foundation in business administration. This is fixed term contract until May 2025 Your Role Accountabilities… Diary management, including setting up conference and video conferencing calls (over several time zones), as well as internal and external meetings, including arranging room bookings, presentation materials, equipment and catering Organising and managing complex international travels, including travel booking, expense management, itinerary updates, visas etc. Company cards reconciliation, submitting expenses Act as a point of contact among Executives, employees, clients, and other external partners Providing finance related support by processing invoices, raising POs, onboarding new staff and vendors Meet and greet of external visitors Other ad hoc support as booking restaurants, organising couriers, liaising with Logistics, Facilities and IT Qualifications & Experience… Experience in Administration, ideally supporting a team or multiple individuals simultaneously Organisational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office Ability to work under pressure Discretion and confidentiality Ability to multitask Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
