The core function of this role is to provide our clients 65+ years old assessments, treatment, and rehabilitation in any areas of elderly care, balance, rehabilitation, and orthopaedics. Dirvers licence is not required as transport arrangements for patient journeys are arranged by the company. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (equivalent or higher) UK resident (London based) HCPC registered Minimum 2 years of experience Must have MSK, elderly, post-operative and orthopaedic, experience ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide an excellent standard of evidence based and person-centred Physiotherapy care by establishing treatment plans, performing physiotherapy treatments, assessing and monitoring treatments plans, assessing environmental needs and identifying (and where relevant organising) equipment needs in the community and in the Clinic based setting. Develop and review treatment programmes together with patients’ goals in mind, that encourage exercise and movement by the use of a range of techniques. Expected to provide an appropriate mix of hands on, education and exercise-based treatment modalities, adhering as closely as possible to evidence based practice. Working within a multidisciplinary team setting, liaising with Nursing team, Care team, GP, Consultants and other allied health professionals.
