This role will be based within our Cellular Therapies team located at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital This role will encompass a clinical component, with provision of leadership and service development supporting the new cellular therapies CNS team at QE. You will be fully supported to identify an achievable clinical caseload and will be supported in your ongoing professional development. You will work closely with consultant and specialist pharmacy colleagues to support the development of pathways for emergent cellular and gene therapies across specialities. In partnership with the haematology matron you will lead a small team of professionals, working closely with the medical, allied health professional and other clinical and non-clinical staff, to provide a high quality, effective, efficient and person-centred service. Leadership for service development, evaluation and quality improvement, and contributing to education and research, are expected and supported as part of the role. Co-lead a team of professionals/practitioners to provide a high quality, effective and efficient service. Work collaboratively with the Matron, CSL and operational team to develop the service, promoting excellent patient care through staff specialist skills development Work collaboratively with referring teams to the service, promoting the specialist service whilst supporting their development and learning. Participate in collaborative research programme Raise the profile of the service at local, national and international level and supporting networking opportunities To co-lead and consult on the development and evaluation of the service in conjunction with the wider multidisciplinary team Participate in the provision of specialist education and training programmes Work closely with other specialities to develop patient pathways "}
