Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay. Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis. Make the link with the different departments of the hotel to ensure a wonderful guest experience. Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills A Little More Information To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people. By joining us as a Receptionist, you will become part of a friendly team of 150 talents. Our hotel offers 630 spacious rooms and 33 dedicated conference, meeting and events spaces suitable for 1 to 2,000 people, no other venue in London is as well equipped or as flexible Qualifications Fluent in English, both written and spoken (and a 2nd language would be a plus). Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong team player. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
