This is a full-time post of 37.5 hours per week, however flexible working and job-share will be considered. We plan to interview on 3 June 2024 Main duties of the job The post combines the leadership of the clinical and operational (dispensary and stores) services, with the aim of supporting our department to deliver its priorities by focussing pharmacy services at ward level. It will work to increase the clinical time of Pharmacy staff on wards, increase Independent prescribing pharmacist numbers, and ensure these prescribers are best utilised to support the whole local health economy. The post holder will help represent the department at Trustwide and divisional levels to support the development of the pharmacy and medicines strategies within the Trust, and will work closely with the pharmacy teams to deliver this strategy.
