It will work to increase the clinical time of Pharmacy staff on wards, increase Independent prescribing pharmacist numbers, and ensure these prescribers are best utilised to support the whole local health economy. The post holder will help represent the department at Trustwide and divisional levels to support the development of the pharmacy and medicines strategies within the Trust, and will work closely with the pharmacy teams to deliver this strategy.
