The ideal candidate should be a reliable, motivated, team player with good telephone and communication skills. We are open from 7.45 am until 6.30 pm and flexibility is essential as you will be required to work between these hours to meet the needs of the business and cover colleagues when required. Experience of working in a GP surgery is preferred however full training will be provided for the right candidate. You will form part of our friendly but hard-working reception team, providing a professional, efficient and effective reception service to patients and health professionals alike. Confidentiality is an essential part of the role. Key responsibilities: Make, amend and cancel clinical appointments for patients using the Systm1 clinical system.
