The role will be working primarily within the New Forest area providing high quality care to a range of respiratory patients. The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team supported by a locality team lead and accountable to the service lead. The service provides Pulmonary Rehabilitation (PR), Oxygen assessment and review, Admission Avoidance & Supported Discharge. Local integration with community services, secondary and primary care is an important element of the role. The successful candidate will primarily work within Pulmonary Rehabilitation and Oxygen Assessment whilst having an understanding of the other elements of the service. Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of 6 months post graduate experience, however, applications from newly qualified staff who have a passion and desire to develop respiratory skills will be considered.
