The Clinical Practice Educator will be a key role within the placement based learning team and in divisions across UHBW. Main duties of the job Providing targeted supervision and assessment to clinical apprentices directly in practice as well as others learners on the clinical learning and development caseload. Leadership of the clinical learning and development caseload including complex progression issues. In partnership with ward and line managers lead on escalating progression and line management issues to human resources to ensure that performance is effectively Monitoring and tracking learner progression in partnership with the Practice Educators for Practice based learning Providing small group teaching for clinical and complex skills in partnership with the Practice Development Team.
