Maintain databases and/or departmental spreadsheets Ensure data quality and accuracy of any information entered into information systems is maintained The post holder will be responsible for supporting the effective and efficient data quality service to the Emergency Department. This will include reviewing medical, intervention and procedural terminology and other clinical information from the Emergency Department System and assign the appropriate diagnostic, intervention and procedure codes. The role will assist the Trust to meet both its business and clinical information requirements and improve the quality of the discharge information for both the patient and GP.
