You will be expected to use your initiative and discretion, have an enthusiasm for your work and an excellent 'team' working ethos which is essential for our service to succeed. To prep allocated consultant clinic notes. Sit on the main clinic and report patient attendance. Ensure all relevant information required for outpatient appointments is recorded and in the case notes. To update any missing outcomes on report. To attend in-service training meetings to ensure skills and knowledge are kept up-to-date and appropriate to post. Any other duties commensurate with the role and service needs. "}
