Be an ambassador for the hotel as you’ll be the first and last person our guests meet Act as a point of contact for guests if they are looking for local recommendations- a good knowledge of the city will help! Support guests with luggage and heavy items if needed Work as part of the Guest Relations team to deliver on guests’ requests Be an excellent communicator with an all-round positive influence Why come join us?
