The post is responsible for the effective provision of administrative and clerical duties to support the smooth running of the Endocrinology and Diabetes services at St Marys Hospital. The post holder will also be expected to support the rest of the secretarial team on Charing Cross and Hammersmith site as and when required. Previous knowledge of 18 weeks RTT performances is essential and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff from multi-disciplinary teams. Ideal candidates will have to demonstrate their experience in organising and prioritising workloads. Successful candidates will be supported with their learning and development. To act as part of the wider multidisciplinary team, including clinicians, nurses, therapists and other clerical and professional staff. To respond in a helpful way to all enquiries from patients, relative and staff and be sympathetic to the needs of patients. Understand and adhere to all Trust policies, guidelines and procedures. Support the Trust in providing the best experience possible for each of our patients.
