DATA ENTRY ASSISTANT- 17 HOURS Monday 9-5, Tuesday, 9-15, and Friday 10-14 As a member of the Child Health Information System team (CHIS) you will provide high quality support in the daily running of the department as an individual and team player. The role involves undertaking a range of clerical and administrative duties required to maintain the smooth running of the department and enable the team to achieve their objectives and meet required deadlines. This role is primarily office based in the beautiful area of Marchmont, but will require the successful candidate to travel to and from schools in the wider Edinburgh area to support the school immunisation programmes during vaccination seasons. This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
