A strong track record in delivery of training, campaigns and good networking skills? Sefton Sexual Health Service is looking to appoint Health Improvement Engagement Facilitators to join their team. The post holder will be an active member of the Health Improvement Team (including the outreach team) within the Integrated Sexual Health Service. You will be involved in delivery of outreach and training to identified groups, campaign development using a mixed approach including social media and partnership working in relation to addressing inequalities in health across the broader footprint of Sefton. Previous applicants need not apply. The post holder will:- Deliver non-clinical interventions, innovative and effective education and training programmes to improve the sexual and emotional health and wellbeing of the local population. Engage people of all ages and provide holistic support to address their sexual and emotional health and wellbeing needs; enabling them to make informed choices about their sexual health, personal relationships and associated issues. To work with a range of partners to assist in the development of robust, effective health and relationship programmes and interventions to address the social factors that can impact sexual health. "}
