This flagship hospital also supports other Boards in reducing waiting times in key elective specialties, including ultrasound. NHS Golden Jubilee are exploring the potential to provide additional outpatient ultrasound capacity for health boards by recruiting healthcare Support Workers to work at time which suits them. This flexible approach aims to provide an attractive option for HCSW wishing to join the ultrasound team, working within an outpatient facility. You will join our small team of Sonographers and admin staff to chaperone during ultrasound exams and perform the admin and support duties required. This post requires a high standard of patient care. You may also have the option of training within the various specialties within the radiology department, like CT and MRI scan. Previous Radiology experience is highly desirable. The NHS Golden Jubilee radiology department performs in excess of 85,000 exams per year.
