File patient records and correspondence in patient medical records. A fantastic opportunity to join a leading Primary Care Network in Milton Keynes, looking to welcome a Clinical Administrator to the team. This is a full-time position, working alongside our Scanning & Workflow, Medical Secretary and Prescription Clerk teams. You would be working 37.5 hours per week, from 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday. This is an ideal role for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills; this position also calls for empathy and excellent communication. You will also be assisting the prescriptions team, and providing general secretarial support to our practice and business managers, GPs and health professionals. You will be handling sensitive medical information, so a caring customer service communication style is essential.
