This role would be perfect for an existing Band 6 wanting a new challenge, or an experienced Band 5 looking for progression. We are a team of Occupational Therapists, physiotherapists and therapy assistants who cover 4 acute elderly wards. Meet the team here Some Of Our Specialities Are Falls and Frailty Deconditioning Dementia Parkinson's Acute respiratory medicine Signposting and onwards referrals / attendance avoidance Social and family crisis Working alongside an experienced and knowledgeable team you will have the opportunity to develop complex assessment skills, risk management and rehabilitation skills. With the drive to support people to remain/return to their own homes where at all possible, Therapy Services are at the forefront of initiating, developing and shaping how AHP's in York work to integrate Health and Social Care.
