Job Description Your role as a Customer Care Representative Uphold exceptional customer service levels both internally and externally. Efficiently handle communications (phone and email) from both internal and external customers. Oversee and resolve reported incidents via the quest system within established timelines. Prioritise prompt call answering and foster relationships with customers to gather feedback for continuous service improvement. Greene King support agile working which means you would be welcome to work from home for up to two days per week after training. What you'll bring... Motivation and drive, putting the customer first, offering practical solutions and sharing new ideas. Past administrative experience with solid computer skills, especially Excel and outlook. Ability to solve problems whilst collaborating effectively with others in a team. Demonstrates steady resilience and an optimistic mindset, ensuring the successful accomplishment of tasks and goals.
