The post holder will have a continuing responsibility of the management and the delivery of a highly specialised service. They will assist the Senior Nurse in developing systems and processes to monitor: Quality of care. Adherence to UHB policies and procedures. Clinical practice. The post holder will maximise the performance of all nursing staff within ED, ensuring effective structures for the supervision and direction of work.
