About this job: As Receptionist, you’ll: Greet all visitors who arrive at the centre, making them feel informed and welcomed. Answer inbound phone calls promptly, politely and in accordance with Dogs Trust procedure and complete any required administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain the reception area, ensuring workstations are clean and tidy and it is appropriately stocked with all literature and that orders are placed when supplies are low. About you: You'll have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills with a good understanding of IT and office systems (such as filing and storing information). But above all, you'll be committed to the aims and objectives of Dogs Trust. About Dogs Trust: We love dogs. Come rain or shine; our team are out in all weathers to make sure the dogs have the best possible life. Dealing with thousands of visitors each month, our rehoming centres are the face of Dogs Trust, and we pride ourselves on our staff providing the very best in customer service. What you need to know: A full, clean, manual driving licence is also required. This role is based on a two week rolling rota including every other weekend.
