Take a lead for occupational therapy in the rehab program of People with Parkinsons Disease. Assess and treat own caseload of clients who have a diagnosis of Idiopathic Parkinsons/Parkinsons Syndrome and may have a complex presentation. We have a part-time 0.8WTE Band 7 post (or Band 6 developmental post) within our Parkinson's Day Unit at Edgware Community Hospital in Barnet and are looking for a skilled, motivated and enthusiastic Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist ( Neurology) The Parkinson's service offers variety and opportunity to develop the range of your clinical and supervisory skills in the treatment and management of Parkinson's, as well as joint working with a range of medical and therapy professionals in a purpose built unit; there are also opportunities to contribute to service development.
