Our Community Nursing Service works across Scarborough & Filey providing personalised, quality care to patients in their own homes including care homes. This is a 7 day service with a shift pattern which will include late and night shifts. Main duties of the job Day to day the role includes visiting patients to provide the care required according to the care plan written by a registered nurse, participating in handovers and/or safety huddles, and documenting the care provided.
