Are you passionate about supporting individuals through recovery from substance use? CrossReach Residential Recovery Service is seeking a dedicated Recovery Worker to join our team. You'll deliver therapeutic support to clients under the guidance of the Service Manager, helping them with personalised Support and Recovery Plans. Key duties include assessing needs, using therapeutic tools like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), monitoring client wellbeing, and documenting progress. You’ll also provide updates to senior staff, facilitate group sessions, and ensure quality assurance in our services. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability. You’ll be responsible for managing risk assessments, maintaining detailed records, and contributing to case reviews. Additionally, you’ll actively participate in staff meetings and provide support to new team members.
