This is a challenging role which will call on your emotional resilience and IT skills. We offer a rigorous 8-12 week on site training program to the right candidates and the chance to learn about mental health services from the ground up. You may not come from a health care background, but you may have the qualities we are looking for This is key roles in our Single Point of Access service. Post holders will be required to work a mixed shift pattern Monday to Friday 7:00-15:00- 11:30 - 19:30 The successful candidate will work within the Single Point of Access service. The post holder will be responsible for inputting new referrals on to the appropriate Customer Relationship Management and Electronic Patient Records Systems. The successful candidate will receive in house training in all aspects of the band 3 referral advisor role. The post holder will all times need to respect patient confidentiality, and work within the trust protocols and legislative requirements. The successful candidate will be able to work in a challenging and interesting environment and possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will be computer literate able to communicate with service users and professionals directly and have the ability to enhance the trusts values and behaviours to all telephone communications.
