This post is Secondment for 12 months to meet the needs of the service. If you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post. The Head of Patient Flow has responsibility for the site/bed management teams and Hospital at Night Teams. This will include the management of staff involving recruitment, appraisal, CPD and performance. Together with the Hospital General Manager and Head of Nursing, they will foster a culture that engages all staff in the development and delivery of patient flow across the site. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply. "}
