We have 3 Healthcare Support Worker positions available for unregistered nurses working in the Scottish Borders and we are looking for passionate, caring, motivated people to join our team. The Outreach Service aims to support families with children who have Exceptional Health Care Needs. The children and young people have varied individual needs, many are technology dependent most are chronically ill with limited life expectancy and exceptional health care needs. All children and young people have an individual package of care and the aim is to provide high quality, consistent and continuous care and therefore help the family live as normal a life as possible. Please note that there are 2x 25 hour posts, and 1x 20 hour per week post available.
