Weston Theatres consists on 6 operating theatres with a range of specialities including: Day surgeries, Upper GI, Lower GI, Orthopaedics, a designated CEPOD list and more. You will require a high level of organisational skill and have a resourceful and professional approach to work. You should be able to demonstrate excellent inter-personal and communication skills and have the ability to forge and maintain positive relationships with a variety of clinical and non-clinical staff. The lead practitioner will promote and monitor safe and effective practice, enhance the patient experience, provide effective leadership and management and contribute to the delivery of the Trust/Divisional objectives. The Lead practitioner will: Be supervisory to practice as required. Be responsible for professional day to day clinical leadership and operational management of the department.
