Core Midwife - Maternity Inpatients Ward - Various hours We are seeking experienced and passionate NMC Registered Midwives to join the team on our maternity inpatient ward. This is a great opportunity for confident and motivated midwives to join our core Ward 27 staff, where you will work autonomously within a Multi-Disciplinary Team to provide compassionate and personalised care across our inpatient setting, -making a real difference to experience and outcomes. We expect successful candidates to be skilled midwives, competent in risk assessment and care planning, with the knowledge and ability to provide an excellent standard of safe, individualised care to antenatal inpatients, those undergoing induction of labour, and postnatal mothers and their babies, within a fast-paced environment. You will also be effective in supporting patient flow and be a good role model/source of guidance for junior colleagues and other members of the MDT. To provide women and babies with high quality, safe midwifery care during the antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal periods on the inpatient ward. The care will be evidence-based and holistic in meeting the individual needs of women and babies. "}
