We are looking for registered Health Visitors to join our diverse team of health visitors who make a difference every day to the lives of families in Lambeth and Southwark. Full time/part time posts available. Working within either Lambeth or Southwark, you will be based in our main office, within community clinics and agile working. You will work within the Health Visiting Service, working closely with Community Staff Nurses, Child Development Support Workers and other skill mix staff. Together, you will be providing nursing support and care to local families. From May 2024, a recruitment premium has been introduced to attract and retain qualified health visitors within GSTT health visiting teams. This post offers a premium of £2,000 for registered Band 6 Health Visitors, payable upon commencement of employment (T&Cs apply).
