You must be willing to work flexibly This is a full-time, permanent 37.5hr per week post working in Apple Grove in Brent Knoll. Your working pattern will be varied over a seven-day rota, and would include alternate weekends and bank holidays. A full UK driving licence and access to transport is desirable. The Role Includes Supporting adults to achieve their goals. To guide, prompt, support individuals to undertake activities and learn new skills. To be part of a team around key individuals. Support with mentoring, development and supervision of team members. Assist with day-day management of running the service. To be aware of the role of the relevant care regulatory body (CQC) and the statutory standards required for the work setting.
