This role is based in the Trailblazers team, wellbeing workers, mental health professionals and other partners who support the emotional wellbeing of children, young people and parents. Trailblazers work within selected Haringey schools raising the profile of mental health, offering a service to talk and get further support if needed.If you have the abilities to undertake general administrative and office duties, to contribute to the effective operation of a multi-disciplinary team and if you like working in a energetic environment and are able to communicate clearly with people of different ages, ethnic backgrounds/abilities as well as professionals, this may be the job for you. You will need to be a team player, with good IT and minute taking skills (typing/Microsoft Outlook/ Word/Excel) as well as working knowledge of RIO. 1. To have good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlooketc), arrange appointments, drafting and typing of letters, typing of assessments and any general correspondence/task (i.e. Envoy) as requested by the team. 2. To receive information/referrals from professional agencies, GP's, carers and staff and adher to processes in accordance to IG guidelines. 3. To ensure all messages given verbally, written or by telephone are passed on to the correct named staff/discipline within an appropriate timescale and via email where possible. 4. To have a good working knowledge of the Trust's patient medical records system \"RiO\". 5. Receive incoming post and emails, collating with previous correspondence before passing to the team. 6. Photocopying and collating documents as required. 7. Deal with correspondence on behalf of the team. 8. Ensure good working relationships with all staff, the organisation and outside agencies. "}
