The role will involve providing guidance and direct supervision to the Waking Night Support Workers. If successful, you would be responsible in leading a waking night staff team across our Residential Services while delivering individualised care plans to the people we support. Applicants should have achieved or are committed in working towards their Level 3 NVQ / Diploma or higher in Health & Social Care and must be willing to continue with their professional development. These are payable at £60 per night. Overtime pay: Overtime is available at an additional £1.20 per hour weekdays or £2.00 per hour weekends on top of your hourly rate of pay. Hours of work The post will include evening and weekend work either a 3 or 4 night on, 3 or 4 night off rolling rota.
