We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with sound clinical knowledge and experience to take up this exciting opportunity. This role would ideally suit a candidate with the ability to implement strategies for health improvement, good understanding of the children and young peoples pathway, with strong networking and influencing/negotiating skills. The post holder will need to develop a good understanding of the context of services in the borough which can support this strand of work within the Family Hubs. The successful candidate will be working across Public Health, Haringey Family Hubs, CAMHs and perinatal primary and secondary healthcare. You will be working in a dynamic, supportive and highly motivated Public Health team that is well embedded within the Adult and Health Directorate of the Local Authority, with excellent working relationships across the Council, the local Integrated Care Board (ICB) voluntary sector and wider partners. The leaders of the borough are firmly committed to public health and the principles of early intervention and prevention, making this an excellent place to work in collaboration to achieve genuine improvements for our residents. This will also meet Haringey's Corporate Delivery Plan 2022-24 Outcome 1 Best Start in Life, Outcome 2 Happy Childhoods and Outcome 3 Successful Futures. To take forward all elements of the Anchor Approachs attachment-based programme at the Haringey Family Hubs, North Middlesex Hospital and in the community. The post holder will deliver a single coordinated programme of work that supports parents/carers experience and helps them to build and maintain healthy attachment relationships. Using the Anchor Approach tools and resources, they will develop an inter-organisational culture and framework that supports parents/carers, especially those who find it difficult to access provision, so that they become and remain engaged across different phases of their childs development. To evaluate impact and outcomes resulting from the interventions, support roll-out into Haringey Family Hubs as they develop and promote the use of Team Talk (coordinating and implementing information and resources to support parent/child resilience for secure attachment and healthy child development) across the North Central London (NCL ) sector so that the programme is accessible and increases in reach to families.
