Responsibilities As a receptionist, you will be the friendly and welcoming face of our Home. Ideal candidate You will deliver an exceptional experience to all, ensuring that any requirements are promptly dealt with, and all visitors are welcomed into a beautifully maintained reception area. The Skills Youll Need Communication and efficiency are your strong points. You have excellent organisational, literacy and numeracy skills and good IT skills. Youll need to be adaptable, to perform a variety of daily tasks, from receiving visitors, observing security procedures to maintaining stock. Most importantly though youll share our passion for outstanding person-centred care. Previous experience in a busy reception role is essential.
