Main duties of the job This role requires a pharmacist who can take responsibility and accountability for the development and monitoring of antimicrobial prescribing practice within the trust. This will include development of guidelines, auditing clinical practice, monitoring antimicrobial usage and expenditure, training staff and identifying improvements to support antimicrobial stewardship. With a postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy, or equivalent transferrable experience, you will have highly developed pharmacy skills and a proven track record of operation at a senior level, particularly in relation to influencing prescribing and facilitating change.
