The successful candidate must have an interest in working with patients and be able to meet their activities of daily living and focus on rehabilitation and emotional support for both the patient and their family. Assessment will be held in July 2024. This role doesn't attract a certificate of sponsorship. Pre Assessment Workshop - you will be invited to attend a pre-assessment workshop. The post Holder will work under the direct supervision of Registered Nursing Staff as part of the multidisciplinary ward/departmental team undertaking duties in relation to direct fundamental patient care and a full range of support functions that may include clerical duties. The post holder will deliver delegated, supervised work as assigned by a Registered Nurse/midwife/ (Nursing Associate) as appropriate, ensuring that there is continual feedback to the Registered nurse about the patient’s condition. The post holder will contribute to the delivery of quality patient care to meet the physical, psychological and social needs of patients maintaining privacy and dignity at all times. The post holder will work as part of the team, supporting registered nurses and nursing associates to meet patients activities of daily living.
