The successful candidate will join a team of administrators who support the Health Visiting teams to ensure the delivery of a seamless service for children aged 0-5 in Lambeth and Southwark. You will be key to the smooth running of the Health Visiting SPA, acting as the vital link between the service and service users. You will co-ordinate appointment bookings, incoming calls to the advice line and a shared inbox; liaising with the Health Visiting teams and wider Trust services. You will be in possession of good written and verbal communication, inter-personal and administration skills with the ability to work flexibly within a fast-paced, challenging environment. You are able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task, be highly organised, adaptable, motivated, reliable, willing and able take personal responsibility.
