Dental Receptionist Band 2: £22,383 (pro rata) 22.5 hours per week Permanent Locala Community Dental Services Princess Royal Huddersfield - travel to other dental sites will be required We are looking for a receptionist to work part time within our dental reception. Your leading role will be dental reception duties and will include the meeting and greeting of service users and booking of appointments. You will also be required to assist in the preparation of clinical notes and when necessary collect payments from service users for dental treatments. You will be required to work within a team but also possess the skills to manage own workload independently. We are a small friendly team who work together to ensure the service runs smoothly and efficiently for both service users and clinicians. The post holders will need to be flexible as this hub supports the Locala Dental service across its sites in the absence of other staff members. The role will be based at Princess royal, Huddersfield but successful candidates will be required to work in any of our six clinics across Kirklees and Calderdale, as required. This vacancy is for 22.5 hours per week. 8.30- 17.00 A professional manner along with a helpful friendly disposition are also key to the provision of outstanding customer service and very much in line with Locala Values.
