We have 3 Programme Manager roles we are looking to fill: The first is for an experienced and dynamic Programme Manager to join our HPSS Directorate. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate a comprehensive programme of work to ensure the timely and efficient management of major procurements across the directorate. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting our mission to deliver Excellent Public Health Services. You will work alongside experienced business managers and with a specialist procurement team. The second role is for an experienced and dynamic Programme Manager to coordinate our Excellent Operations Programme within the HPSS Directorate. In this crucial role, you will drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational excellence initiatives. Your expertise will be key in ensuring that our services, systems and processes are delivered efficiently, effectively, and to the highest possible standard. The third role is for an accomplished and dynamic Programme Manager to work alongside an experienced SRO to review and coordinate the work programme for high level programmatic Public Health delivery across the directorate. In this role, you will drive the scope and development, of an overview programme of work. You will bring a sharp focus on matrix programme governance and performance. The main duties of the Programme Managers within the HPSS Directorate involve leading and coordinating key programmes to enhance public health services and operational efficiency. One role focuses on managing major procurements to ensure timely and effective acquisition processes. Another is dedicated to driving the development and continuous improvement of operational excellence initiatives, ensuring that systems and processes deliver high-quality outcomes. The third role is tasked with overseeing high-level public health programmes, emphasising programme governance, performance management, and strategic planning. All roles require close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and senior leadership to achieve organisational goals effectively.
