As a developing Medical Illustration service, the post holder will be expected to be flexible, proactive, and embrace change positively as and when the service develops. Main duties of the job To provide specialist clinical photography as and when the service demand dictates, in any location. Work within data protection and information governance policy and legislation. Always providing dignity and privacy to patients. Communicate in a sensitive and empathetic manner with patients that are emotional, distressed or in pain. There may be barriers to communication. An understanding of consent and confidentiality issues is required (Caldicott, GDPR and Data Protection Act). Works with qualified clinical photographers to deliver clinical imaging services.
