There is also the opportunity for this to become partnership in the near future. The candidate would work as a GP within the practice for 6-8 clinical sessions. Sessions usually comprise of 10-12 15 minute appointments with a mix of face to face and telephone calls. There may be home visits though these are only occasional. The candidate would also be expected to review investigation results and letters from secondary care or other services. They would be expected to work as part of a MDT and to supervise medical students. There would be opportunities to develop special interests or participate in research/training. "}
