The Critical Care and Surgery team at Peterborough City Hospital is looking for a dynamic Highly Specialised Team Lead Physiotherapist to join them in supporting the operational management of the team alongside undertaking an enhanced level of clinical caseload as part of a 12-month fixed term contract. (The post is 0.6 WTE but with the potential for this to be increased to 1.0 WTE). Our Team is a combination of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Technicians and Assistants who are committed to joint working to deliver a high-quality service. The ideal candidate will work alongside another Team lead, to ensure the delivery of human resourcing key performance indicators, as well as undertaking a complex patient caseload. If you are enthusiastic and motivated with a passion for Surgical, Respiratory and Critical Care working, this exciting role could be for you. Prior experience working in this field and demonstrating operational management skills is essential. Please note that interviews will be conducted face to face. Working as part of the Respiratory Physiotherapist Out of hours on call roster and ensuring the provision and safe delivery of this service.
